e.g. He helped me out with my task. 他帮我完成了任务。
2. No, I think two hours of TV is enough for you!
Two hours of TV是宾语从句 ,谓语动词is ，表时间，距离，金额等词作主语，视为单数。
3. any minute now 一种常见的口语表达法，相当于“随时；马上；在任何时刻”的意思，表示事情有可能在极短的时间内发生或眼下就要发生。
minute还可以用second, moment, time等词替换。

情态动词could的用法总结
could的否定形式是could not,多缩写为couldn’t。
表示能力，意思是：能，会。
Could you speak English then? 那时你能讲英语吗？
He said he couldn’t follow me.他说他跟不上我。
表示可能性，意思是：可能。
He said he couldn’t come. 他说他不能来。
提出请求、疑问或看法（could是虚拟语气，代替can，在时间上与can没有区别，只是语气比can委婉）。
-Could you let me have your passport?
-Yes,here it is.
(4)表示惊讶、不信等情绪（用于疑问和否定句中，此时，could与can用法相同，无时间上的差别，用could语气缓和，情绪要弱）。
She couldn’t have left so soon.
