1.能在语境中正确朗读以下词汇: girl, boy, big ,small.
2.能在语境中运用:I’m…. You’re…. Who am I ? You’re big. I’m small.等来介绍自己和描述他人。
文化与情感
1.学习外国人,运用适当的语言进行自我介绍,主动与别人交朋友。
2.通过小组合作的形式,培养学生团结合作的精神。
方法与策略
通过创设语境,以听、说、读的方式,理解和学习I’m…与You’re…之间的人称转换,并引导学生运用所学语言知识进行简单交流。

1.Learn the dialogue between Danny and Kitty.

2.Learn Part Let’s play:
Picture 1:

1.Learn the dialogue between Danny and Kitty.
Firstly, play the audio of the dialogue, giving the students the first understanding of the dialogue.
Secondly, ask questions to make sure students’ understanding of the dialogue.
Thirdly,role play Danny and Kitty.
2.Learn Part Let’s play
Firstly, watch the video of Let’s play 2 times.
Secondly, conclude the features of the kids in the video.
Thirdly, act picture one of Part Let’s play.
Fourly, act picture two of Let’s play.
Fifthly,try to use the new knowledge to describe the features of Tom, Danny and Alice.
1.为了情境的统一性,我们 把Let’s talk部分的人物Mary换成了Kitty.通过Danny 和Kitty之间的对话来感知I’m...和You’re…句型。
2.创设情境,引出主人公,让学生猜测主人公Eddie的朋友是谁,激发学生学习兴趣。
3.动画激趣。通过观看课本Let’s play部分的动画视频,让学生理解并自主总结归纳所学知识。
4.通过小组共同合作演绎,巩固所学知识。
5.通过观察其他小朋友的图片,总结和归纳他们的特征,达到灵活运用所学新知的目的。

1.Do a survey on page8 to know about the features of classmates.
2.Play a guessing game according to the survey in group of 4.
通过小组调查,了解同学间的特征情况,将所学新知融入到实际生活的运用当中,拉进学习与生活的距离,减少学生学习的陌生感和距离感。
通过游戏的方式,讲所学新知融入到游戏与生活当中,不断巩固新知,同时激发学生学习的兴趣与积极性,让学生在学习中得到更多的乐趣。

2.Teacher:Dogs and cows are animals. They can be our friends. Kitty has an animal friend. Do you know what it is? Her animal friend likes to play with other animals. What are they?
Students try to guess.

1 .Act the story

Prepare in group of 4: big mouse, small mouse, dog, cat and Kitty.
