教学重点
通过学习,能够掌握字母组合ai/ay在单词中的一般发音规律,并能读出符合发音特点的单词。

如何正确发双元音/ei/。
(难点突破:1.听音跟读,正确朗读单词;2. 技巧点拨,与短音/i/对比发音;3.自我练习,总结感悟。)

Step 1. Review and warm-up
1. Review. 1) Sharp eyes. 快速闪现图片,说出单词。
2)Describe the picture. 呈现Let’s learn中的主情景图,运用句型There is…描述物品。
2. Let’s chant. PPT播放I cannot wait,跟听然后引导学生有节奏地朗读。

Step2. Presentation and practice

1)Let read. 呈现下雨天情景图,引出含有rainy的会话,学生朗读对话。

同样的方式引出单词rainbow, paint, wait。
2)Let’s wrap it up. 引导学生学习总结组合ai读音规律。

1) Let read. 通过图文形式,引出含有say的句子。学生听音跟读。
