教学目标
1. 通过听、读单词，能够感知并归纳字母组合ai/ ay在单词中的发音规律。
2. 根据字母组合ai/ay的发音规律，正确读出符合发音规则的单词。
3. 通过Listen, ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )read and circle和Look, listen and write等练习活动，进一步掌握字母组合在单词中的发音，熟悉单词的结构特点。
教学重点
通过学习，能够掌握字母组合ai/ay在单词中的一般发音规律，并能读出符合发音特点的单词。
教学难点
如何正确发双元音/ei/。
（难点突破：1.听音跟读，正确朗读单词；2. 技巧点拨，与短音/i/对比发音；3.自我练习，总结感悟。）

1. Review. 1) Sharp eyes. 快速闪现图片，说出单词。
2）Describe the picture. 呈现Let’s learn中的主情景图，运用句型There is…描述物品。
2. Let’s chant. PPT播放I cannot wait，跟听然后引导学生有节奏地朗读。

1）Let read. 呈现下雨天情景图，引出含有rainy的会话，学生朗读对话。
