可数名词和不可数名词
分类 可数名词 不可数名词
定义 表示可以计数的事物的名词。 表示不可以计数的事物的名词。
特点 有单、复数形式之分。 没有复数形式,但有量的变化。
可数名词前面可以用a/an表示一个,后面可以改复数形式表示数量。
可数名词复数变形规则:
(1) 在一般情况下直接在词尾加-s;
例如: desk—desks pen—pens pencil—pencils car—cars
apple—apples teacher—teachers
(2) 以-s, -x, -ch, -sh 结尾的单词在词尾加-es;
例如: box—boxes (盒子) bus—buses (公共汽车)
watch—watches (手表) class—classes (班级)
指示代词(demonstrative pronoun)是表示指示概念的代词,即用来指示或标识人或事物的代词。指示代词与定冠词和人称代词一样,都具有指定的含义,用来起指示作用,或用来代替前面已提到过的名词。
