一、教学内容
外研版小学英语六年级上册第五模块第一单元第一课时:Unit1 1. Look, listen and say. 2. Listen, read and act out.
二、教学目标
1.大多数学生能够听、说、读、写单词或短语:pleased,pen,friend,address,can
2.大多数学生能够听懂并用句型:Can you...? Can I …?讲述自己的能力,通过介绍自己的情况结识笔友或网友。
3. 能够运用所学的语目知识与同伴进行交流。
三、教学重难点
重点:
听说读写单词和短语:pleased,pen friend,address,can。
2.学习句型:Can you..? Can I...? I can…
难点:
用句型:Can you..? Can I...? I can…讲述自己的能力,通过介绍自己的情况结识笔友或网友。
2. pen friend 与 pen pal 的用法。
3. pleased开心的。意思和glad/nice相似。eg:
Pleased to meet you! /Nice to meet you! /Glad to meet you!见到你真高兴!

1.单词卡片。
2.同步课文录音、课文动画。
3.第1课时教学课件。
4.人物大明、西蒙和劳拉的头饰。
五、教学设计
Step 1 Warm-up
1. Have a dictation of the new words and new sentences of Module 4.
2. Use the PPT to show the chant of Page 24. Let the students say the chant together,clap their hands or do some actions at the same time.
设计思路:通过听写复习上一模块的单词和句型,通过一首英文歌谣激发学生的学习积极性,拉近师生间的距离。让学生快速地进入学习状态。使教学环节自然过渡到下一环节。
Step 2 Preview
老师根据chant的内容提问:
1. How do they feel?
2. Are they having lots of fun?
3. Can you say the chant well?
设计思路:通过这三个问题的设置,可以起到承上启下的作用。使第一环节自然渡到第二个环节,第二环节又自然过渡到本节课重点部分,即下面的新授环节。
Step 3 Presentation
新课导入。
After saying the chant, the teacher tells the students: I think you can say the chant well.
Then ask the students individually.
T: Can you say the chant well?
S:Yes, I can.
把话题引导到语言上来。把几个问题写到黑板上,请学生回答:
Can you speak Chinese?
Can you speak English?
Can you write Chinese?
Can you write English?
Unit 1 Activity 1 Look. listen and say.
T: Good! I think you can speak English. But can the panda speak English?
Now please listen to the tape of Activity 1 on Page 26,then answer the questions
Let the students look at the book, listen to the tape and find
the answer: No,he can’t.
Let the students listen to the tape again and follow the tape.
Then practise in pairs and act out.
3. 课文教学。
将本课的挂图贴在黑板上,播放录音或动画,呈现课本内容。
T: OK, boys and girls, just now we knew the panda on the TV can’t speak English. Can Darning speak English? Can Laura speak English? Can Laura write in Chinese? Can Darning write in English? Please watch the video and then answer those questions. After watching, check the answers with the whole class.
单词和句型教学:
Then let the students open their books, look at Activity 2, listen to the tape and pick out the new words and sentences.
(1) pleased 开心的
(2) address 地址
(3) pen friend意思和pen pal 一样,即笔友。
(4) Can you speak English?
(5) I can speak some English.
(6) Can I write to your friends?
(7) 情态动词“can”的用法。
把新单词和新句型板书出来。然后用PPT做砸金蛋的游戏 进行操练。具体方法是:把单词和句型放到金蛋里,让学生任选一个金蛋,砸碎以后读出金蛋里的单词或句子。
T: Very good! Next look at your books, read the dialogue after me please! Pay attention to the pauses during the long sentences.
Practise the dialogue in halves or in parts or in pairs
act out. (用上人物头饰)
设计思路:本环节的设计做到了词不离句,句不离篇。通过各种各样的操练形式来操练单词,重点句型和对话,让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中习得新知。
Step 4 Consolidation and extension
活动一 :
现在很多学生都在业余时间学习各种技能,因而可以让他们说说他们自己会做些什么。另外,还可以让同学们说说自己的父母,老师做些什么。
如: I can wash the clothes by myself.
然后与同桌交流,使用句型:Can you...?
2. 活动二 :
做几个动画明星的面具,让学生对着带着面具的老师发问,还可让部分学生也带上自己喜欢的明星的面具,让其他学生也带上自己喜欢的明星的面具,让其他学生向他们发问。可以很好地操练句型:Can you...?
设计思路:本环节设计了两个活动,使学生在合作探究中完成学习任务,运用所学的新知识。
Step 5 Homework
1. 抄写课后单词。听Listen, read and act out部分的录音& 模仿表演。
2.用英语说说你会做的事。用新句型:I can+动词原形。
