Unit3 What would you like ? A Let’s try & let’s talk

一、教学设计整体思路
新版小学英语教材五年级的对话课,建议教学应设计有效的听说活动,让学生在有意义的语境中进行与话题相关的听、说练习并综合运用语言。本课教学内容的主题是What would you like?,本课时要求学生能够在情景中运用句型What would you like to eat / drink ? I’d like…询问并回答自己想吃什么、喝什么。教师先是通过情景创设引入对话,再通过层层操练加以强化,最后以任务型的活动促使学生综合运用对话,即从原定场景对话的文本建构到选定场景的创造性文本重构逐步体现语言学习的感知、体验、内化和运用过程。
二、教学目标
语言知识技能目标:
1、学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话内容;
2、能够按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读对话,并能进行角色表演;
3、能够在情景中运用句型What would you like to eat / drink ? I’d like…询问并回答自己想吃什么、喝什么。
4、能在任务中再构核心语言并灵活运用语言。
学习策略目标:
通过游戏教学、同桌合作、故事预测等方式激活思维,尝试阅读对话内容。
情感态度目标:
通过本课的对话学习,引导学生安排合理健康的饮食。
三、教学重难点
重点:1、能表演所学对话;
2、能够在情景中运用句型What would you like to eat / drink ? I’d like…询问并回答自己想吃什么、喝什么.
难点:用英语准确询问他人所需要的饮料和食物。
四、教学过程:
Step1warm-up
A song
设计意图:活跃课堂气氛,并复习相关饮食和饮料单词,以及相关的动词,为下面的学习做好铺垫。
Step 2 Pre-reading
Lead in with Sharp eyes
Sharp eyes游戏:PPT迅速出现食物和饮料的单词,学生快速说出,复习原来所学单词。(red=clap hands black= stamp feet)
Predicting
初步学习hungry and thirsty
T: Next, I want to share a story with you, do you like stories?
Ss: Yes
T: look, who is she? (Show the picture of “snow white”) Is she happy? Why?
引出hungry and thirsty.(教读thirsty. 四人小组检测)
超级预测师
T:listen, who are coming ? (播放七个小矮人的heigh-ho音乐 )
引出“seven dwarfs”
Guess : what do the dwarfs prepare for Snow White? You can speak in Chinese.
Ss :......
Through the picture, guess what is the topic of the story.
【设计意图】借助图片来引导学生预测主题,调动学生的积极性,为后面的内容发展做好铺垫,让学生初步感知文段内容,并培养学生的观察能力和读图能力

Skimming :task 1 read, choose and circle
听录音,找出故事的主题,印证上面的猜测。
把文中出现的关于食物的单词圈出来。然后用自然拼读发来教学新词sandwich.(欣赏一些三明治的图片和制作三明治的过程。)
(呈现一些事物的图片)T:so much food , I’d like a sandwich and I’d like some noodles. What would you like?
教学what would you like? I’d like …… (游戏can you help me?来操练)
【设计意图】通过让学生读短文,初步理解文本,提炼文本的主题,培养学生的阅读能力。
Scanning 扫读文段,找出关键词,完成Read and answer的练习。
Task 2 read carefully:
1) Where is “what”
Tip: touch your head when you come to the sentences beginning with “what”
2) can you answer
Q1: What would you like to eat? I’d like a sandwich.
Q2: What would you like to drink? I’d like some water.
(little teacher 、叫序号的游戏来操练。)
用手偶来进行角色扮演:
Happy (开心果):Oh, my beautiful girl. What would you like to eat?
Snow white: I’d like a sandwich.
Doc(万事通):Oh, my dear girl. What would you like to drink?
Snow white: I’d like some water. I’m thirsty.
【设计意图】通过让学生扫读文本,抓住文本的关键信息,找出问题的答案,培养学生scanning能力,同时也让学生对文本又进一步的理解。
Task 3: Fill in the blanks .

【设计意图】进一步加深加强学生对主要句型的掌握。
Task4. read aloud
引导学生进行模仿跟读。分角色配音。
【设计意图】通过模仿发音,关注升降调,培养学生良好的语音素养和朗读习惯,并且在跟读和模仿朗读文本的过程中加深学生对文本有更深层次的理解。
Step4 post-reading
1、Pair work
根据所给场景,创编新的对话。
a. 你生病了。
b. 你和好友去餐厅吃饭,你是个“大胃王”
c. 你比较挑食。
2、 小调查: 用What would you like to eat/drink?对朋友进行调查。
小组长汇报调查结果:Iin my eyes,……students would like……..
通过调查结果来提醒同学们要注意合理膳食。
A little advice:Eat more vegetables and fruits, and stay healthy EVERY DAY! 多吃蔬菜和水果,保持健康。
【设计意图】设计任务型活动,拓展对话教学,促使学生综合运用所学语言。

A Big Dinner For Snow White
One day, Snow White meet seven dwarfs(七个小矮人) in the forest. And then, they become good friends. Seven dwarfs prepare a big dinner for Snow White.
Happy : Oh, my beautiful girl. What would you like to eat? Hamburger? Chicken? Hot dog or sandwich?
Snow white: I’d like a sandwich.
Happy: Here you are.
Snow white: Thank you.
(After a little while 过了一小会儿 )
Doctor: Oh, my dear girl. What would you like to drink? Coffee? Tea? Apple juice or orange juice?
Snow white: No ,thank you . I’d like some water. I’m thirsty.
Doctor: Here you are.
Snow white: Thank you .
Doctor: My pleasure.(我的荣幸)
