Unit 4 Activities
Lesson 24
This is the third lesson in this unit. It will be introduced through the learning of the words bird and fly. Children will be able to grasp the meaning of the verbs as a whole.

According to the child's life experience and learned English knowledge, they can use sentence patterns: "Who can sing/ fly?” to describe the movements of animals.
【情感目标】
Through the study of this lesson, students can know about how to use the key sentences of this lesson to communicate with others and use different verbs to describe a movement. Cultivate students' preference for English communication.
【教学重点】
Learn and use word fly and sing.
【教学难点】
Students in the first grade are not easy to understand plurality. Students are not used to actively using daily communication.

Step 1. Greetings and warm-up activities
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Step 2. Watch the cartoon and answer the questions
A image of a bird singing is shown through cartoons and recordings. Students listen and imitate and read.

——Birds can sing.
Step 3. Practice
According to different pictures, understand and say.
Step 4. Listen and number（P55）
According to the recording, we will continue to develop the students' listening comprehension ability and achieve the effect of different forms of detection.
Step 5. Listen and draw.
According to the recording, we will continue to develop the students' listening comprehension ability.
Step 6. Sing
Learn the songs which the content closely related to the context. It not only strengthens the new learning knowledge, but also stimulates the interest of learning..
