教学内容
1、能看懂并大声朗读In the city课文;
2、能熟记In the city课文中的单词,并力求掌握,运用;
二、教学目标
1、知识目标:能够听、说、读、写单词:building, place ,busy ,film ,visit , restaurant .
能够听、说、认读单词:village, city.
2、能力目标:能运用句型What do you like描述在城市生活的所见所闻。
3、情感目标:了解城市生活的生活习惯。
三、教学重点
1、掌握in the city的整篇课文意思;
2、Listen, read and write中的六个单词building, place, busy, film, visit, restaurant,要求听、说、读、写四方面掌握。
四、教学难点
本课时的教学难点是如何利用所提供的情景以旧引新,让学生进入运用语言的状态。另外,名词复数的运用和读音是本课时的另一个难点,教师在正确示范的基础上带领学生熟悉掌握。
五、教学过程
1、Warn-up(热身)
(1)日常会话
教师就学生所学过的内容或当时情景进行日常交际,目的在于运用语言。如:Can you draw some pictures? What’s in your picture? What’s in the park? Is there a…?
(2)听听读读
教师播放学生用书第2页上In the city 的录音,让学生跟录音朗读。
2、Presentation(新课呈现)
(1)Let’s learn 新知学习
教师播放教学课件。内容为城市景象图。学习单词building, restaurant。
教师播放In the city录音,引导学生跟读。
教师带领学生回答第二部分的两个问题,让学生同堂回答。
教师播放第四部分的story录音,学习zoo, cinema等单词并辨认图片,配对。
(2)词语练习
教师出示单词卡片,让学生一起读单词,拼单词。组句子。
将单词卡片发给学生们,让学生自己将单词卡片对比课本中图片,实景与单词结合,加深学生记忆与理解。
教师示范,在黑板上写单词,学生跟写。
六、家庭作业
1、熟读文章,并抄写单词。
2、与同学用一般过去时进行对话练习。

1.出示课文A部分教学挂图。
从课堂中常用到“What can you see?”一句入手,引导学生们轻松地掌握句型,并帮助他们完整地回答:“I can see…”。
接下来,老师再针对新单词用肢体语言教授,形象生动地展示新单词的意思,提出相应的问题,如“What can you feel/hear…?” ,引导学生们轻松地掌握句型,并帮助他们完整地回答:“I can feel/hear…”。
2.出示单词卡片wave,板书单词,并解释其含义。带读。
T: Why do we say “waves”,but not “a sky”?
启发学生思考此处单复数表示的涵义有何不同。说明当某事物是很多很多叠加起来才有的时,一般使用复数。
T: What can you feel at the beach?
Ss: We can feel the waves.
板书单词feel,解释其含义,说明与wave的联系,并带读。让学生们练读。
1.听录音,跟读。
2.分组练习。分角色表演。
