设计意图：用学生刚刚学习的世界之最来导入，学生熟悉有感兴趣，能起到活跃课堂并引出新课的作用。

Last summer, I reached the top of Yuntai Mountain.
It’s in the northwestern part of Henan Province. And it’s the highest mountain of Henan Province. It is about 1200 meters high. I like mountain climbing, but thick clouds and freezing weather conditions made it hard for me to take in air freely when I got near the top.
Finally I succeeded, I want to challenge myself. So when we are in the face of difficulties, we should never give up trying to achieve our dreams. Sometimes we can be stronger than the forces of nature.
