环节1 新课导入
T:Hello,boys and girls.Nice to see you again.Today we're going to learn Unit 5,Lesson 1.In this lesson,we are going to talk about preferences.I'd like to ask you a question first.What do you think of sitcoms?
S1:Oh,they're my favourite.They can always make me laugh and cheer me up when I am down.
S2:They are OK.I don't mind them.
S3:I can't stand them.I think they are so foolish.Maybe they are suitable for little children.

设计意图:通过老师的简单介绍以及师生之间的问答引入新话题,调动学生的课堂参与积极性。
环节2 学习1a-1c
1.让学生朗读1a中的单词及词组,掌握其含义,然后将他们与上面的a-g的几个图片相匹配,老师核对答案。
2.让学生听一遍录音,根据听到的录音内容标出节目的顺序,完成1b,教师核对答案。
3.让学生再听一遍录音,并跟读,整体感知。
4.让学生先浏览1c左边方框中的词汇及表情符号,理解其含义。然后模仿右边的对话,两人一组,用句型“What do you think of...?”谈论各自喜欢或讨厌的电视节目。
5.老师邀请两三组学生当堂表演他们的对话。
6.学以致用。(根据汉语意思完成句子)

环节3 学习2a-2d
1.让学生浏览2a的单词及词组,然后听一遍录音,按照电视节目出现的先后顺序排序。
2.让学生再听一遍录音,注意听取细节信息,完成2b的句子。
3.让学生听第三遍录音并跟读,整体感知,并核对2a和2b的答案。
4.让学生朗读2c的对话,然后结合自身实际情况,就2a中的电视节目结对进行问答练习;老师邀请两三组学生当堂表演他们的对话。
5.让学生大声朗读2d中的对话,掌握其大意并标出其中的生词、重点短语及难句。
6.老师对重点词汇及句型进行讲解、分析。
7.让学生2人一组,分角色表演对话;老师邀请两三组学生当堂表演。
8.要点点拨。
(1)What do you think of talk shows?
What do you think of...?你认为……怎么样?该句型常用来询问对方的观点或看法等,相当于How do you like...?例:What do you think of this TV program?你认为这个电视节目怎么样?
(2)Then let's watch a talk show.
Let's do sth.让我们做某事吧。let是使役动词,其后的动词用原形。以let's开头的句子通常用于提出建议。例:Let's help mum do the housework.我们帮助妈妈做家务吧。
(3)I like to follow the story and see what happens next.
①本句中,see后接了一个what引导的宾语从句,what在从句中作主语。
②happen v.发生。它常用于以下两种结构:sth.happen+地点/时间,某时/某地发生某事;sth.happen to sb.某人发生了某事。 例:What happened last night?昨晚发生了什么?A car accident happened to her this morning.今天早上她发生了车祸。
