I wonder whether/if June is a good time to visit Hong Kong.whether/if引导的宾语从句是由一般疑问句变化而来, 但从句一定要用陈述语序。whether/if意为“是否”，两者一般可以互换。宾语从句的时态1. 主句为一般现在时，从句时态根据具体情况而定。
e.g. He tells me that his sister will come back tomorrow.
2. 主句为一般过去时，从句用相应的过去时态。
e.g. He said that he could finish his work before supper.
3. 当宾语从句表示客观事实或真理时，其时态用一般现在时，不受主句时态限制。
