2.While-reading

Look! There are some monkeys on the tree. Do you like monkeys? Why? What are the monkeys doing? Can you guess? There is an old man under the tree. What is he doing?
Teach the new word: him.
(2)Show the picture and ask: The old man is tired. He is sleeping under the tree now. What will happened?
Teach the phrase: take...away.
(3)Show the picture and ask: Does the old man want to get his hats back? What are the monkeys doing? What is the old man doing?
Teach the new word: back.
(5)Show the picture and ask: At last the old man gets his hats back. What’s his idea? Let’s read and find out.

3.Post-reading
(1)Make a picture book.
What’s your favorite animal doing? Write down your sentence on the paper. Then put them together in your group. And then make a picture book.
