设计思路
这节课是八年级上册第八单元的第一课时,这节课的重点就是训练学生如何描述做奶昔的过程, 个人认为本节课更像一节综合活动课.所以我在活动中创设了一个情境，竞选最棒小厨师，必须会做奶昔。 使整节课有了一个活动, 使菜谱这一简单生硬的教学内容变得生动有趣而有意义。
教材分析?
本单元谈论的话题食物制作（cooking）,目标是能正确描述制作步骤并依照指示语完成步骤。本节课是Section A第一课时，首先利用图片和视频导入新课，从而引出新课词汇。采用任务型教学法和实物教学法，通过竞赛等形式，充分调动学生的积极性，让学生自主掌握教学目标。通过对“make a banana milk shake”的大胆设想训练孩子们口语表达，培养孩子们丰富的想象力和创新能力，同时也让他们懂得食物的来之不易，不能浪费食物, 他人的劳动成果要珍惜。?
学情分析
本课教学对象为八年级的学生。这一阶段的学生思维能力发展较快，自我意识增强，在情感方面能进行自我教育。好奇心强，喜欢探索新鲜的事物，喜欢动手参与，也喜欢竞赛。经过一年的新课程理念的熏陶及实践，有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实践的能力。但众所周知，八年级也是一个分化的年级，特别是英语学科，如果不抓住一部分薄弱学生的兴趣，两极分化极容易发生，为了尽量避免，我认为在课堂上学生的参与面一定要广，要在课堂上营造浓厚的学英语的氛围，争取让更多的学生开口说，如本课时，在描叙过程做奶昔可以让薄弱学生描叙一个指令，让中上等学生描叙整个过程，要让不同类型的学生从这节课中各有所得。
教学目标：
