教材分析 本课涉及到一些可数名词单数变复数的词汇,如man-men, woman-women, child-children等,在讲授课时应该帮助学生进行归类总结,形成比较清晰的概念。本课让学生了解并学会“There??be”句型,描述出在北京车站的所见所闻,体会There??be?句子与have的不同。
学情分析 通过第一单元的学习,学生们已初步掌握了现在进行时态,二单元相比一单元的句型更多样化,在能力上更强调对口语表达能力的提高。学生对可数名词与不可数名词的概念比较模糊,可以让学生进行归纳整理并掌握其中的变化规律。学生们可以通过Let’s do it!来强化巩固所学内容。
教学目标 1.知识与能力:学生能掌握单词:men,?women,?children,?people,?many;会认读单词。2.过程与方法:学生能灵活运用本课所学内容,对身边的人物用英语进行简单的描述。?3.情感目标:培养学生良好的文化意识和英语语感,培养小组合作意识与互帮互助精神。
教学重点难点 重点 学生能熟练掌握和识记单词:men, women, children, people, many。
难点 学生能把握复数名词的不规则变化,巩固词汇,复习所学的现在进行时。

教学过程 Step 1: Greeting T: Good morning, class!Ss: Good morning, teacher.T: How are you? Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you? T: I’m fine, too. Thanks. This is a sunny day, and I want to go on a trip to Beijing. I’m excited. Then let’s take a train. Ss: OK.Step 2: Lead in.The train arrives in Beijing. The children want to see everything, but they have to go to the hotel. On the way, teacher can introduce a lot of pictures of tourist attractions and sights in the ppt, let students know the tourist sights.Step 3: Present 展示man图 in the ppt T: What can you see in the Beijing Train Station? What is this? Ss: This is a man. 让学生一起读展示men图 in the ppt T: Is this a man? Ss: No. T: What are these? Ss: These are men. 男女生轮读展示woman图 in the pptT: Who is this? This is a woman. 找女生读。 展示women图 in the ppt T: What are these? Ss: These are women.逐一展示boy?and?girl图 in the ppt T: Who is this? Ss: This is a boy. T: A boy is a child. T: Who is this? Ss: This is a girl. T: A girl is a child, too.展示children图 in the ppt T: What are these? Ss: These are boys and girls. Boys and girls are children.将其men, women和children归纳为people一大类,找学生说一说man和men, woman和women之间的转换规律,进而和学生一起总结名词变复数的规律,并结合现在进行时进行造句。 ? ?Listen to the radio of text and ask students to read the text.Teacher can explain the text and let students mark the key points.Last, students can get together to read the text.Step 4 Practice 1匹配下列单复数 man, woman, men, women, child, children, 2小组活动练习句子 What is the man/ woman/child doing?
