In the If-clause we use the simple present tense, in the main clause we use the simple future tense/sentences with modal verbs/imperative sentences
We need a comma after the if -clause when it is the first part of a sentence. We don't need a comma when we put the main clause in the first part.

Sometimes, unless means if not. When the unless-clause is the first part, we also need a comma.

(1) The unless-clause can come first or after the main clause.
(2) We can use “unless” to say that something can only happen or be true in a particular situation.
(3) Sometimes we can use “if … not” to replace “unless”.
