They should get enough sunshine in the open air if it is warm. In cold winter, they must take Vitamin D3 drops (滴剂) every day. What’s more, they must have lots of milk as main (主要的) food.
They should eat many kinds of healthy food as much as possible, like mushrooms (蘑菇), salmons (三文鱼), yogurt (酸奶), shrimps (虾) ... They don’t have to take Vitamin D3 every day, because they get nutrients from their food. They are busy, but they should try to find time to do exercise.
They should take some Calcium and Vitamin D3, but they cannot do much strenuous (剧烈的) exercise, because it may be not good for their bones especially (尤其) their knees (膝盖). When it is fine, they can take a walk in the sun as exercise.
