▲Someone was advised to take a break from running by a teacher.某人被老师建议停止跑步休息一会儿。
advise 后接动词作宾语时,要用动名词,不用不定式;但若其后接的动词前有宾语,此动词用作宾语补足语时,则此动词要用不定式。即advise doing sth.(建议做某事)或 advise sb.to do sth.(建议某人做某事)。take a break休息一下,休息一会儿。
