Step 1 Warming-up (about 2 minutes)
Greet the students, show a picture and improve the student’s notice.
Step 2 Presentation (about 6 minutes)
T: This is the last class, Are you tired?
Ss: Yes
T: Are you hungry?
Ss: Yes
T: me too. Look at the picture on the screen, what are they?
Ss: They are apples.
T:Right. Do you want to eat them?
Ss: of course
T: The boy also wants to eat them, can he reach the apples?
Ss: No
T: Why?
Ss: Because he is short.
T: Yes, he is too short to reach the apples. So today we are going to learn some adjective words to describe one’s look.

3.Play a game: sharp eyes
Step 4 Work on 1a.(about 5 minutes)
First let the Ss read the words on the left together. Then match the words with the people in the picture. Then check answers.
Step 5 work on 1b(about 3minutes)
Listen and fill in the blanks in the picture above, after listening, check answers. Then listen again.
Step 6 work on 1c (about 3minutes)
Have students read 1c together, then role play the conversation, at last let Ss make their own conversation by suing the picture on the screen.
Step 7 Practice(about 5 minutes)

Step 8. Make a report. (about 5 minutes)
