教学目标
1. 学习掌握单词Learn?to?use?the?words:?sad,?happy,?angry,?tired,?scared,?cry?and?smile.?
2. ?In?focus:?How?are?you?feeling?today??I'm happy/sad/ sad, happy, angry, tired, scared.初步了解不同心情及其相应的动作:Cries, Smiles, Stamp his feet, Goes to sleep。?

课前准备:调试光盘与课件、给学生分组、为学生布置预习作业等。

教学过程
1、Warm-up
师生同唱 “Happy Birthday”。课件播放相应歌曲动画(设计意图:轻松的歌曲可以缓减学生课前的紧张情绪。)
2、Presentation
(1) 师生问候:T:My birthday is in June. When is your birthday?
从而引出:“When is Toby’s birthday?”
(设计意图:师生间亲切的问候,建立了和谐、民主的课堂气氛,让学生更乐于学习。)
(2)利用课件第一次呈现故事
T: It’s Toby’s birthday. Guess! What will happen on Toby’s birthday?
(出示一张生日蛋糕的图片)
(设计意图:让学生发挥想象,猜一猜故事将会怎样发展?)
T: But no one remember. He is angry, angry, and angry. He stamp his feet.
And he is sad, sad, and sad. He cries.
He goes back home. He is happy, happy, and happy. He smiles.
He has got a present. He is scared.
He plays with his friends. He is tired. He goes to sleep.
(设计意图:把新单词和新句型放到故事中去,让学生在学习故事的同时习得单词和句型。)
T: Can you guess? What will happen?
(设计意图: 出示故事的结尾。一个让人出乎意料的结尾能有效地提起学生学习和记忆的兴趣。)
(3)利用课件第二次呈现故事。学习新单词。
运用故事,在语境中呈现新词,让学生根据上下文感知新词的意义和用法。教读时,我运用了“自然拼读法”,让学生掌握英语单词的拼写规则。通过重复呈现故事,帮助学生巩固和牢记单词。
(设计意图:在教学生新单词的时候,我运用了“自然拼读法”。在操练的时候,我运用了游戏法,在培养学生的思维能力的同时更培养了学生拼读单词的自学能力。)
3、Practice
(1)听录音,巩固练习新词。听课文录音,标号。课本P70.
(设计意图:第一遍让学生听准单词正确发音,第二遍跟读纠正自己的读音,并把图片标号。)
(2)听录音,跟读课文的Action Song.
(设计意图:学生在音乐中跟指令做动作。让学生“在做中学”。)
4、Production
(1)看图回答问题:
How is he /she feeling?
Scared
Tired
Happy
Angry
Sad
(设计意图:通过描述图片里小朋友的感觉,让学生在情景中运用语言。培养学生观察图片的能力。提高他们的思维能力,巩固新单词的发音。)
(2)第三次呈现故事。
小组合作,学生朗读故事。巩固新单词和句型。
(设计意图:巩固所学内容,增加学习的趣味性,培养学生的反应能力、小组合作能力和集体荣誉感。)
5、拓展。Colors and feelings
(1)blue表示不愉快的心情。 (be in a blue mood, a blue Sunday)
(2)black 与贬义的形象相关。(under the black dog意思是沮丧;
a black letter day表示倒霉的一天。)
(3)red在中国是吉祥如意的颜色,但 see red意为使人生气,发怒;
red eyes意思是嫉妒。
(4)yellow: (a yellow streak 意为性格怯懦;yellow dog意思是卑鄙小人;yellow look意思是怀疑的目光。)

6、板书:我的板书以图片、单词和句子为主,图文并茂,简单易懂。
