教学模式介绍
探究式教学模式是指在教学过程中,要求学生在教师指导下,通过以“自主、探究、合作”为特征的学习方式对当前教学内容中的主要知识点进行自主学习、深入探究并进行小组合作交流,从而较好地达到课程标准中关于认知目标与情感目标要求的一种教学模式。其中认知目标涉及与学科相关知识、概念、原理与能力的掌握;情感目标则涉及思想感情与道德品质的培养。

创设情境——启发思考——自主(或小组)探究——协作交流——总结提高
设计思路说明
【创设情境】
教师首先用英语问好,营造良好的英语氛围,在这一环节中,通过真实语境的设置让学生谈论自己的能力以及选择适合自己的社团。学生们不仅复习了上一节课的重点词汇、语法以及话题,而且在真实的语言运用中学会如何选择。
【启发思考】
本环节的目的是为本课的阅读材料做准备,用于解决阅读中出现的语言障碍,为阅读做语言上的铺垫。同时,通过相关话题的讨论还可以激活学生的背景知识,为阅读材料的理解做知识方面的铺垫。
【自主或小组探究】
自主探究检验学生是否掌握了文章的框架以及细节信息,而且要让学生在此过程中以小组的形式进行复述。合作探究从思维导图到编写新的对话,这是引导学生将课文进行由浅入深的语言输出过程。在整个活动中,不仅让学生们运用了本课中出现的重点词汇和短语,同时也让学生们潜意识地了解到不同的班委应尽什么样的义务,如何根据自己的能力选择适合自己的班委,真正地突破了本课的重难点。学生根据课文中的内容以及自己对不同班委的理解,补全句子。通过这道试题,检测学生们是否真正理解了课本内容。
【协作交流】
这个环节是让学生对本课所学内容进行综合运用的过程,也是检验教师教学目标是否达成的一个途径。通过此话题,让学生借助本课文章的思维导图,仿写自己的竞选词,在实际中运用本课所学的知识。
【总结提高】
让学生自主梳理框架,实践运用语言,是所学知识的反馈。学生不仅能在这项活动中再次巩固操练词汇和句子结构,而且能带有自主性地去思考问题,这会更有利于激发学生学习英语的兴趣,拓展学生的思维。
教材分析
本模块以询问和谈论彼此能力为话题,分设三个单元进行学习。本节课是这个模块中的第二单元内容,是一节读写课型的新授课。作为模块的第二单元,在第一单元词汇、话题以及语法学习的基础上,学生更容易理解文章而且进行仿写。第二单元的话题“竞选班委”是中国学生非常熟悉的一个话题。课文形式是学生的班委竞选词,每个人都写出自己要参选的职务和自己的优势。通过第一单元的学习,学生们对彼此的能力和爱好有了深入的了解,现在学习了竞选班委的课文之后,学生们应该可以根据实际情况,运用目标语言仿写出相似的文段来。教师可以运用任务型语言教学模式,采用灵活多样的教学形式,使学生愉快地、积极地、高效地对新学语言进行感知、体验、学习和运用,努力使这节课具有交际性、实用性、趣味性和科学性。

一、创设情境
1.教师与学生之间相互问候。
2.根据自己的能力和爱好选择自己喜欢的社团,复习第一单元的词汇以及情态动词can的用法。
