形容词比较级1. (2017全国Ⅰ卷)In the summer holiday following my eighteen birthday, I took
driving lessons. 表达“几岁生日” ，实际上是 “第几个生日”，应当用序数词，故将eighteen改成eighteenth。2. (2017全国Ⅰ卷) I was so much nervous that I could hardly tell which direction was left. 本句含有一个so…that…(如此……以至于……)结构，so后直接接形容词或副词，此处应直接接形容词nervous，故much是多余的，应删除。
顺便说说，so much有以下用法，请体会：(1)Thank you so much for coming.非常感谢你来这里。(2)Need they have paid so much? 他们有必要付这么多钱吗? (3)You shouldn’t have wasted so much time.你本不该浪费这么多时间。
3. (2017全国Ⅱ卷) They often get up earlier and water the vegetables together. 此处没有比较对象，不用比较级，get up early意为“早起”。4. (2016全国Ⅲ卷) They were also the best and worse years in my life.并列连词and前后词语的语法形式不一致，一个最高级，一个比较级，这种并列不一致现象一定错了；因有表示范围的in my life，所以要用最高级，故将比较级worse改为最高级worst，与best并列。5.(2014全国Ⅰ卷) We have been allowing
tomatoes to self-seed where they please. As
a result, the plants are growing somewhere.由前句中的self-seed where they please可知，其结果是，“到处”长着这种果树。 6. (2014全国II卷) My dream school starts at

three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. 上午有三节课，下午有两节课。表示“有”，用there be句型。7. (2013全国I卷) She is just a distant memory for me now. I remember my grandfather very much. 表示“非常清楚地记得某人”用remember sb. very well /clearly。 8.(2012全国课标卷) I learned early in life that I had to be more patient and little aggressive. 根据并列一致或叫平行一致原则，前面的more patient告诉我们，应是and less aggressive。辨别这类错误，可以从以下几个方面去思考：
1. 语境意义通不通。如［真题再练］第5题, “结果，在某处长着这种植物”与语境不符；［真题再练］第6题，“早上他们是三节课”不通，“早上有三节课”才对。
2. 习惯搭配对不对。如［真题再练］第7题，remember…very well/clearly(清楚地记得……)是习惯搭配。3. 并列结构是否平行。如［真题再练］第4、8题，and并列结构前后形式要一致。
4. 根据比较等级的基本句型去判断。than前一定是比较级；有of /in等介词短语或定语从句表示比较范围的，要用最高级；as…as之间用原级。1.比较级和最高级与原级之间的误用。
2.基数词与序数词的误用。
3.连接性副词therefore, however, then, besides等之间的误用。如：The factory…has been moved out of the
city… The market…has given way to a
supermarket. Besides, the bookstore next to
our middle school is still there. (2009大纲卷I)
解析：前面句子描述的是变了，后面是说书店依然在那里，即前后是转折关系，而前后又有标点，故改Besides为However。4. 与介词同形的副词的多用或少用。如：
For example, how many times have you walked out of a room and left the lights or television when no one else was there？
解析：表示“让灯或电视开着”应是leave the lights or television on，故在television后加on。5. 由“动词+副词”构成的短语动词中，副词的误用或漏用。如：
Every one of us can make great efforts to cut

解析：由语境意义可知，作者是表达“减少(cut down=reduce)”能源的使用，而非“切断(cut off)”能源的使用，故改off为down。6. 不定代词的误用。如：
