师生共同欣赏《丑小鸭》的视频,然后选取几组学生理解起来较为容易的画面进行小组介绍,如:

1.创设英语学习经验分享会的情景,每组学生先在小组内分享各自的学习经历和学习经验,然后每组推举一位同学代表本组在全班面前进行经验分享。在介绍经验的过程中,学生可以利用本节课所获得的评价卡片上的短语,丰富自己的演说。?
2.在学生分享经验后,可以设置答记者问的流程。
设计意图:这样做,一方面能够促使学生运用语言进行真实的对话交流,另一方面学生也能够获得更多自己感兴趣的英语学习的方法,获得更多自己感兴趣的英语学习的方法。

(1)在“吹牛”游戏比赛中,小组为争取胜利必须协同作战,尽量多说英语句子,多说别人没有想到过的学习方法。?
(2)在纸牌游戏中,最先出手方为获胜方。?
(3)本节课教师在为优秀同学发放评价卡片式,可以在评价卡片的一面上写一些区别与教材的词汇或短语,拓展学生的思维,丰富学生的语言。?

Step 1 Revision:
a. Look at the word cards, read aloud and make up sentences with some of them.
b. Have diction.
c. Say something about your holiday.
Step 2 Learn the new words:
a. Ask the pupils and look at ht phonetics read the new words freely.
b. Ask some one to read out.
c. Say sentences with: "was, were” and teacher write some of them on the blackboard.
d. Ask the pupils try to turn the sentences into questions and say how to give out the answers and ask them say why do like this.

播放录音,先听整个文本,然后回答问题。两个问题如下:
What’s the topic of this passage? When did they begin to learn English?

教师请学生带着问题What have they learned? 再次朗读文本。
③聚焦细节,三读文本,突破词汇
学生带着问题What topics are they interested in ?寻找细节信息。突破本科书的新单词和新短语如: topic, practice, doing /do tasks.
④聚焦主题,深度解读,引发思考。
学生带着问题How to be good students in an English class?再读文本,结合已有的学习经验进行思考,归纳一些英语学习的好方法。回答该问题。

一般过去时的概念:
表示在过去某个时间里所发生的动作或存在的状态。通常在句子里找到表示过去时间的词或词组。如:
yesterday, yesterday morning, yesterday afternoon, yesterday evening, the day before yesterday, last night, last week, last month, last year, a moment ago, just now, two days ago, a week ago, in 1990等。
例句:I went to bed at eleven last night.
