Step1. Revision
Which season do you like best, Jenny?
I like summer best.
What's your summer fun?
My family likes to go on trips in the summer.
Step 2. Presentation
Talk about the pictures, focus on some key words and phrases.

2. Read the key words and phrases.
Step 3. Drills
Circle the key words you learn.

Step 4. Practice
Read and answer
1. First read and understand the sentences. In pairs and in groups.
2. Answer the questions.
What do Jenny's family do in the summer?
They like to go on trips.
Does Jenny like playing on the beach?
Yes, she does.
What did Jenny do last summer?
She went on a trip to a lake. She swam in the lake.
Who did Jenny go with?
She went with her grandparents.

She will watch ships and boats on the sea.
