话题7 我们的变化

此话题主要是介绍某地、某人或者生活方式过去和现在的变化描述。

首段：直击主题（...发生了重大变化）
1.在过去的几年中，我们的生活发生了巨大变化。
In the past few years, our life has changed a lot.

中段：对过去情况描述
1.在过去，人们必须使用现金在商店购物，并且很多物品无法买到。
In the past, people had to pay for things with cash, and couldn’t buy many things.
2.另外，如果人们想骑自行车，必须自己购买并且很容易被偷。
Besides, if people want to ride a bike, they must buy one and it was easy to be stolen.
3.然后，交通很不方便，人们没有很多的选择。
What’s more, the transportation was inconvenient, because people had no more choices.

尾段：对现在的描述
1.如今，人们可以足不出户使用网上支付去购买各种各样的物品。
Nowadays, people can buy all kinds of things on the internet without cash at home.
2.另外，共享单车的出现给大家提供了新的选择，既便宜又方便。
Moreover, the shared bikes provide us with a new choice, which is cheap and convenient.
3.随着城市的发展，各种新型交通方式使出行更快，比如地铁、高铁等。
With the development of the society, some new types of transportation make travel faster, such as subway and high-speed train.
4.我们要努力学习，共同努力让我们国家变得更好！
We have to study hard and make our country better together.

个人变化：
过去的情况：
1.从学习方面：害怕...；讨厌...；对....不感兴趣
2.生活方面：不注意...；过于依赖...；饮食不...
3.性格方面：不擅长于别人交流，没有耐心，不热情

现在的变化：
1.学习方面：擅长...；甚至得到了...奖励；获得...成绩
2.生活方面：现在都是自己完成...；经常锻炼；饮食健康
3.性格方面：现在变得外向了，积极参加各种社会活动，交了很多朋友








话题8环境保护

首段：说出现在环境问题的现状，提出我们可以做点什么：
1.如今，我们的环境正变得越来越糟糕。
Nowadays, the environment around us is becoming worse and worse.
2.保护环境，人人有责。作为学生，我们可以做一些力所能及的事。
It is a duty for every one to protect the environment. As students, we can do something we can.

中段：介绍几种保护环境的方法。
1.首先，我们要节约用水，因为世界上的淡水正越来越少。
First, we have to save water, because the fresh water in the world is becoming less and less, and a large number of people are lack of water in the world.
2.另外，我们应该尽可能的选择公共交通来减少空气污染，如骑自行车、坐地铁等。
Second, we’re supposed to choose public transportation as much as possible to reduce air pollution, such as riding a bike or taking the subway.
3.再次，我们可以多参加一些保护环境的活动，例如植树、捡垃圾等。
Third, we can take part in more activities to protect the environment, such as planting trees and picking up the rubbish.
4.最后，我们要尽量避免购买过度包装（over package）的东西以便产生更少的垃圾。
At last, we need to avoid buying things with over package so as to make less waste.

结尾：激励大家共同行动起来保护环境。
1.如果每个人都为保护环境做出贡献，世界将变得更美好。
If everyone plays a role in protecting the environment, the world will become better and better.
附：目前环境存在的问题
全世界水资源缺乏，很多国家严重缺少淡水。水污染非常严重。
空气污染严重，全球气温升高，导致各种皮肤或呼吸道疾病。
各种生活和工业垃圾污染，尤其是一些不可降解垃圾。
