Unit 2 He’s cool.
【教学目标】
1.语言知识目标
(1)基本能够听懂,会说,会读词汇:cool, cute, , aunt, uncle,little.
(2)继续学习介绍人物的特征、个性:She’s cute. He’s cool.
(3)复习巩固家庭成员的名称 father,mother,sister,brother
(4)熟练朗读课文和课文中的歌谣。
2.语言技能目标
学会用 “This is…”以及 “ He is cool..”的语言结构介绍并描述人物的特征和个性。
3.情感态度目标
引导学生正确评价他人的性格特征和个性特点,在与他人相处时能做到团结、友爱、尊重、理解。
【学情分析】
四年级的孩子对英语的热情还是比较高,也有一定的基础,愿意用英语进行简单的言语沟通。
【重点难点】
1. 教学重点
Words: cool,cute, aunt, uncle,little.
Sentences: “This is …”以及 “ He/She is very cute/cool.”的语言结构。
2.教学难点:
灵活运用本课所学语言结构描述、介绍家庭成员或朋友。
【教学过程】
Step 1: Warm up and lead in
1. Greeting.
2. Sing a song: If you’re happy.
3. Introduce the friends and find friends.
(1) Teachers introduce her friends.
T: Look, this is my friend, Tutu. He is very clever. (Leifeng, Kimi)
(2) Ss try to find introduce and their friends.

Step 2: Presentation 
1. My family members.
T: Look, I have a happy family. This is my mother. She’s very nice…
(情境中教读新单词: uncle, aunt)
2. To teach: cool, cute.
(1)T: Look, they are my brothers. This is my big brother. He is very… (摆出酷的姿势)
Ss: cool.
T: This is my little brother. He is very… (摆出可爱的姿势并用可爱的语气)
(2)Say and act.
老师说出本模块中新学的形容词:nice,clever,naughty,cool,cute鼓励学生按自己喜欢的方式来表演。还可请几个学生上讲台来做动作,或在小组内开展这个游戏
