情态动词本身有一定的意义,它不独立作谓语,常和动词原形一起构成谓语,表示说人语气和态度。
2. can表示“能,会”。也可表示许可或征询对方意见。
must必须,表示命令。
must 的否定回答为needn’t. 如:Must I stay here now?
No, you needn’t.
mustn’t用在否定句中,表示禁止。
如:You mustn’t play on the road.

一、单元内容分析:
本单元谈论的话题是暑假出游计划。本单元的语法延续了前一个单元的语法项目:一般将来时,重点是一般将来时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。本单元的目标词汇是有关城市的地点名词。Story time呈现的是学期临近结束时孩子们谈论暑假出游计划。本板块包括两个场景,一是谈论暑假将要去的城市和出行方式,二是谈论他们将要去的城市和要参观的地方。Grammar time呈现了一般将来时的一般疑问句、特殊疑问句及回答。Fun time是以一个滚雪球的游戏方式交流暑假出行计划的操练活动。Sound time呈现了字母组合oy在单词中的读音。Culture time承接了上一个单元的文化板块话题,继续介绍主要英语国家的著名旅游景点。Cartoon time中呈现的是一个Bobby 和Sam关于旅行畅想的趣味故事。Checkout time有两个活动。Think and write是写作活动,要求写写自己的暑假计划,旨在检测学生对一般将来时的理解和运用。Ask and answer是问答活动。要求学生用采访的形式练习一般将来时的疑问句的问答。Ticking time要求学生能自我评价是否做到:了解一些世界著名城市;掌握一般将来时的疑问句及回答;了解字母组合oy在单词中的读音。

本节课主要谈论学生的“暑假计划”,教学中我始终围绕着“激”和“放”两个字来进行教学。
“激”——六年级的学生在课堂上通常比较保守,所以在设计教学时我尽量激发学生开口说的欲望,激发学生已有的知识储备。让他们不光学到新知识,更能将已有的知识进行整合,真正成为自己的东西。
