Dear Sir or Madam,
I believe that children should do some chores at home. I disagree that children's only job is to study hard and do well at school.
It is unfair for children to expect their parents to work hard outside and do all the household chores. I think children should at least do some simple chores to help their busy parents. For example, they should make their own beds and clean their own rooms because they are the ones who use these. They may not have time to help with the other parts of the house, but they should try to be responsible for their own area. This will help them to grow up to be independent and responsible adults.

议论文有三要素：论点、论据和论证。通常结构为：

写议论文时常用的相关短语和句型：

①委婉地请求别人做某事时用：Could you (please) do sth.?
肯定答语：Yes，sure./Yes，I can./Of course，I can./No problem./With pleasure./ Sure. / Certainly.等。
否定答语：Sorry，I can’t. I have to.../Sorry，I'm going to.../I'm afraid I can’t. I have to...等。
答语没有固定的形式，但要符合上下文的语境。
e.g：—Could you please make your bed？
—Yes，sure.
情态动词could的用法
②委婉地请求别人允许自己做某事时用：Could I do sth.？
此句型一般不在I后加please。
肯定答语：Yes，you can. /Yes，please.等。
否定答语：Sorry，you can’t. / I'm afraid you can't.等。
eg：—Could I go to the movies？我可以去看电影吗？
—Yes，you can.是的，你可以。
【注意】无论是Could you please...？还是Could I...？句型，其答语中一般避免使用could来回答。
