步行是锻炼这是一个动名词做主语的句子。动名词是非谓语动词的一种。起名词或动词的作用。动名词做主语时,谓语用第三人称单数形式。Playing ping-pong is exercise.
打乒乓球是锻炼。Running is exercise.
跑步是锻炼。
Exercise helps make your body healthy and strong.
锻炼有助于使你的身体健康和强壮。
这句话是一般现在时,主语exercise是不可数名词、所以谓语动词用的是第三人称单数形式;短语“help do sth”。意思是“有助于/帮助做某事”,help 后面跟不定式可以省略to; make在此意思是“使”,后面跟宾语,再跟形容词做宾语的补足语。
