本课围绕阅读 the ugly duckling 绘本故事展开，丑小鸭出生在小鸭子们的窝中，被鸭妈妈，小鸭子们，小鸡们，还有各种森林里的伙伴嫌弃，大家都不喜欢和她一起玩，但是她都没有放弃，原来她是一只美丽的天鹅，最后和其他天鹅们一起生活了。我对本文的对话进行了教学和故事表演，同时自然融入了情感教学，还要求学生会进行故事的复述和写作，加强语言功能性的体现, 再是拓展另一个故事欣赏，让学生感受这种绘本故事和普通故事的不同，课后会自制绘本，增加学习英语的乐趣

教师先和学生们问好并做简单的口语交流。在简单的交流中，让学生在相互合作的基础上习得英语，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使学生乐于合作参与，用于进行交际实践。课堂采用学生喜闻乐见的绘本故事教学，能够充分激发学生的学习积极性。
