Teaching Aims:
1.知识目标:
(1)全体学生能理解及运用单词aunt, uncle, big, little, cool, cute。
(2)全体学生能理解和运用:He’s cool.
2.技能目标:
能够运用所学单词aunt, uncle, big, little, cool, cute及目标语句This is… He’s/ She’s… 介绍家人、朋友以及描述其性格特征。
3.情感目标:学会关心自己的家人和朋友。
Teaching Points and Difficulties:
(1)学生对于单词aunt, uncle, big, little, cool, cute以及句型This is… He’s/ She’s… 的掌握。
(2)学生运用所学单词及句型向他人介绍家人、朋友以及描述其性格特征。Teaching Methods:情景教学法、小组合作法。
Teaching Steps:
Step 1 Warming up
讨论What words do you remember to describe a person’s character? 来复习学过的描述人性格的单词:nice\ naughty\ good\ bad\ cute\ shy\ clever,为本课继续学习做好铺垫。
Step 2 Lead in
1.出示Sam拿父母的照片的图片,让孩子们观察并使用学过的单词描述。
T: Use the words on the blackboard to describe Sam’s father/ mother.
S: I think he’s clever/ … she’s nice…
教师出示问题What kind of character do Sam’s parents have? 然后观看视频,学生找出答案并回答。
2.课文跟读、练习并表演一下。
Step 3 Presentation
1.出示图片Panpan和家人的照片。Look! This is Panpan’s family. Let’s look at his family tree.
(提前在黑板上画好Panpan的family tree。)
T: Look, I’m Panpan now. This is my family tree. This is me. Who is he/ she?
(指着Panpan的父母。)
S: He’s your father/mother.
T: Yes, this is my father/ mother.板书单词father, mother(启发学生拼写出来)Look, this is my father’s mother. Who is she?
S: She’s your grandma.
T: Yes, this is my grandma.板书单词grandma(启发学生拼写出来)Who is he? 同样方法板书grandpa。
T: How many children do my grandpa and grandma have?
S: Three.
T: Yes, my grandparents have three children. One is my father. My father has a brother and a sister. Who is he?
T: 出示单词uncle,使用学生学过的under和circle,启发学生准确读出uncle。领读句子This is my uncle.检查学生掌握情况。
T: Who is she? 板书单词aunt,示范长音/a:/,领读单词aunt和句子This is my aunt.检查学生掌握情况。
T: How many children do my parents have?
S: Three.
T: Yes, I have a brother and a sister.板书brother和sister(启发学生拼出这两个单词)。I’m four years old. My brother is 8 years old and my sister is only 2. So I call my sister “little sister”板书little,领读单词和句子This is my little sister.同法教授big brother。
2.简笔画Panpan的朋友,Is he my family member? No, this is my friend.
3.利用板书再次练习This is my grandpa/ grandma/…
4.出示问题What kind of character do Panpan’s family have? 观看视频,找出答案。在family tree的相应位置板书单词:nice, clever, cool, cute, naughty。
5.出示zoo,school,牵引出cool的读音,用肢体语言表演cool。
6.看视频,跟读。
Step 4 Practice
1.学生分小组进行课文操练,进行角色扮演。
Step 5 Production
1.到台前表演课文。
2.观察四副图片,利用今天所学的内容,准确表达出图片任务的性格。
Step 5 Summary
1.学习chant,进一步巩固所学。
2.利用板书,总结今天所学内容。
Step 6 Homework
Talk about your family with “This is my... He’s... This is my... She’s...”
