二、语法教学环节二: 体验归纳 1. Let Ss read Grammar Focus. 2. Ask Ss to sum up the usage and the structure of the Present Progressive Tense. 1. Read Grammar Focus. 2. Discuss and fill in the blanks. 通过读语法要点的句子,让学生体验现在进行时态的用法及结构,再通过小组合作探究的方式,总结现在进行时态的用法及各种句式结构。
Let Ss read a passage and finish the tasks. Task1: Circle all the verbs with-ing. Task2: Find out the rules. Task3: Add more words in each chart. Finish the tasks. 通过完成各个任务让学生自己总结出现在分词的构成规则。
1. Let Ss find out the differences between the two columns. 2. Ask Ss to sum up the usages of two tenses. Discuss in groups and finish the chart on the paper. 创设语境让学生先体验几组句子,再通过观察对比,小组合作,总结出两个时态的用法区别。
三、语法教学环节三: 控制 运用 1. Let Ss talk about what Bob’s family are doing. 2. Let Ss finish 3a. 3. Let Ss finish 3b. 1. Ask and answer in groups of four 2. Do exercises in 3a. 3. Do exercises in 3b. 有控制性的操练本单元的核心目标语言。
四、语法教学环节四:自由运用 Let Ss make up a new conversation. Make a telephone call to a friend. Ask what he/she is doing and what he/she usually does on weekends. 语言学习的最终目的是为了输出和综合运用。本步骤从机械的语言输出训练过渡到创造性的语言输出,意在培养学生的语言表达能力,从而完成从学习语法到运用语言的过渡。该步骤为学生提供了语言空间,通过在真实语境中的口语交际活动,帮助学生掌握现在进行时和一般现在时的运用。
五、课堂小测 Show a passage. Do exercises by themselves 创设情境,仿照中考填单词的题型,检测学生对两种时态的掌握情况。
六、课堂小结,学生自评 Show a chart. Evaluate themselves 这个评价表,从知识目标,能力目标,情感态度价值观三个维度对学生进行了评价,学生对照评价表就能检测自己这节课的得与失,从而做到查漏补缺,并确定自己的努力方向。
课堂小结 七年级的学生活泼好动,善于参与,但学生基础水平不一,我在教学的过程中设计各种活动为各层次的学生提供练习的机会,帮助学生在模仿、重复与运用中熟悉现在进行时的用法,归纳总结现在分词变换规则及两种时态的区别。为了尽量让所有学生都参与到活动中来,我主要采用合作探究教学法,学生分组学习,旨在培养其合作精神,又要使他们具有竞争意识,一切活动的设计,目的在于使学生学会运用语言进行交际并为以后的学习和生活打下基础。

现在进行时三大用法
1) 表示现在( 指说话人说话时) 正在发生的事情。

2)习惯进行:表示长期的或重复性的动作,说话时动作未必正在进行。
The number is getting bigger and bigger.
数字在逐渐变大。

3)表示反复发生的动作或持续存在的状态,往往带有说话人的主观色彩。

如何判断现在进行时
(1)一般句中用到表示“在现在”的时间状语,如:now, right now, at the moment 或It’s+几点钟”句型,常判断用现在进行时。Eg:
It’s six o’clock. The children are playing basketball.
现在六点钟了,孩子们正在打篮球。
如何判断现在进行时
(2)句中用到“Listen!” “Look!” “Keep quiet” “Don’t make noise!”等提示语时,表明说话间另一个动作正在进行,这时,句子也要用现在进行时。Eg:
Keep quiet ! The teachers are talking in the office.
安静!老师正在办公室里谈话。
如何判断现在进行时
(3)现在进行时常用来表示在当前一直做着的动词,这时句中常用these days ,all the time等时间状语。Eg:
These days, uncle Wang is building a small room for his dog.
这些天,李叔叔正在为他的狗建一个小房子。
如何判断现在进行时
(4) 通过上下文句义,表明某一动作是现在或说话瞬间发生的动作,这个句子也要用现在进行时态。Eg:
— Where is Tom? 汤姆在哪儿?
— He is running on the playground .
他正在操上想跑步。
如何判断现在进行时
(5)某些动词的现在进行时,表示预定的计划或即将发生的动作。
Eg:
I am coming to see you next week.
下周我来看你。
如何判断现在进行时
(6)现在进行时还可以表示一个现阶段频繁发生的动作,常与always, forever等词连用。
Eg:
He is always asking me the same question.
他总是问我同一个问题。
考查现在进行时的结构。根据“直、去、双、变”原则:talk-talking; play-playing。进行时的结构是be + v-ing。
【典例1】用词语的正确行使填空
(1) Listen, Mr. Wu on the phone (talk).
(2) I soccer now. I’m walking.

考查现在进行时的结构。根据“直、去、双、变”原则:watch-watching, wait-waiting。进行时的结构是be + v-ing。 (4)中表示某人的意愿,不用现在进行时。
【典例2】Look! Tom _____ TV happily on the sofa.
A. watch B. watches
C. watching D. is watching
考查现在进行时。look是现在进行时的标志词,现在进行时的结构为be + v-ing,所以只有答案D符合。
