一、教学目标
1. 学生能听、说、认读新单词：hotel, lamp, fixed, broken, enjoy, loud。
2. 理解短文，把握文中关键信息。
3. 掌握阅读技巧，学会提取文中关键短语与句子。
二、学情分析
学生经过A、B两个部分的Let’s learn和Let’s talk的学习已经有一定的基础，他们了解动词过去式、能够用简单的对话谈论过去做过的事。
三、重点难点
教学重点：1. 学会本课时中的新词。
2. 理解短文内容，把握文中关键信息。
教学难点的依据：学生掌握了阅读技巧，今后才能快速理解全文。
教学难点：理解课文，学会提前文中关键短语与句子。
四、教学过程
活动1【导入】Review & warming up
1. Free talk师生之间简单的对话问候。
2. Play a game：复习第二单元学习的短语。
3. Let’s review：小组阅读短语。师生之间用这些短语做简单的对话。

活动2【讲授】Pre－reading
1. 教师介绍自己上周末去旅游的情景，引出新单词的学习。
2. 教师教读单词，学生跟读。
3. 教师介绍吴一凡一家住酒店的故事背景。
活动3【讲授】While－reading
1. 速读
教师给出几道判断题，学生根据问题快速自读并给出答案。
2. 细读
(1) 跟录音读句子，教师注意学生发音。
(2) 教师提出问题并呈现图片，学生小组合作，找出文中对应句子或短语。
(3) Let’s find：学生完成19页第1题，找出描述三幅图片的句子，并在文中标号。
活动4【活动】Summary
1. 小结与复习新学的单词。
2. 根据板书小结关键短语与句子。
3. 学生根据关键短语与句子，提取动词过去式，完成19页第2题中过去式的表格。
活动5【练习】Improvement
教师呈现去掉部分内容的短文，学生复述。
活动6【作业】Homework
1. 基础作业：
完成19页的练习题。
2. 拓展作业：
有能力的学生可以以一名经理的身份给吴一凡一家写一封回信。
