一、教学目标
1. 知识目标
(1)学生能够感知并归纳 a-e 在单词中的发音规则。
(2)能够感知字母a在开音节中的发音规律,并尝试认读符合该规律的单词。
(3)能够尝试运用该规律认读小韵文。
2. 能力目标
(1)能够比较 a 字母在两种结构中的发音规则。
(2)能够根据发音规则进行自我拼读,拼写。
3. 情感态度目标
为学生创设轻松、愉悦、和谐而又公平竞争的英语课堂学习氛围,使学生在学习中敢于开口说英语,通过小组合作来增加他们英语学习的浓厚兴趣。
二、学情分析
本班学生热情活泼、思维敏捷、善于思考、喜欢做游戏。在之前的语音课中已经学过字母a在闭音节的发音,掌握了一定的拼读规律,但学生英语学习水平存在较大差异。
三、重点难点
重点:能归纳出 a-e 的发音规则,并根据 a-e 的发音规则拼读,拼写单词。
难点:a/a-e在单词中的发音区别。
四、教学过程
活动1【导入】热身导入评论
(1) Greeting
(2) Sing
T: First, let’s sing a song.(学生跟随视频一起复习26个字母的phonic song)
T: Great, you know the phonics very well! Let’s look at some pictures.(sharp eyes)
(3) Review the words: cat mat cap map…
【设计意图】:学生跟唱语音歌曲复习26个字母的发音,之后通过认读ppt中快速闪现的字母组合,激活对字母拼读规则的原有认知,为本节课的学习打下基础。
活动2【讲授】感知呈现评论
(1) Group the words
T: Let’s study to learn other words with letter a. What are they? Can you try to read them?
(教师播放let’s chant中呈现一些带有字母a的单词,学生小组讨论,找出有相同字母的单词。)
T: Let’s read these words together. What’s the pronunciation of “a”?
T: Does it sound /?/? Let’s watch a flash. (学生观看短片)
T: Please read after me: /ei/, /ei/, /ei/.
(借助图片的帮助认读已经学过的a在开音节的单词,尝试自主总结a在开音节的发音。通过学生观察四个单词发现每个单词都包含a-e,再通过读,自主探究出a-e的发音。通过视频动画,呈现a在开音节的发音,引导学生注意a-e的形式及发音。)
(2) Task 1:
1. Spell and chant:
ame:
First, teacher will show how to spell and use fingers. Then let 2 students to be the little teacher show us.
ake:
Do together. Then pair work.
a-e:
Group work. Let students make new chant in groups.
(教师首先示范通过手指拼读单词,再由学生通过手指拼读单词,为学生见词能读打下基础。)
2. T: Let’s play a game. (Whac-A- mole)
(在有节奏的韵律中帮助学生记忆a-e发音。听音圈词。)
3. Make words with “a-e”.
I do, you say. First, teacher says a word and students spell the words. Then let students practice in groups. At last, we have a competition.
(用拼读的方法使学生能够试着去拼单词,让学生自主的学习,发现问题并解决问题。并逐渐做到:见词能读,听音能写。体会英语语言的奇妙。)
Task 2:
1. Part B Listen and circle.
Listen and circle the words of “a”. Then check the answers and read together.
2. Part C listen, write and say.
(听音圈单词,听音写单词,训练学生听音分辨和书写的能力。)
3. Summary
T: Today is Jake’s birthday, there are so many cakes. But I think they’re messy. Can you put them into 2 groups?
(学生反馈认读情况,同时进行小组合作,将磁板上的8个含有字母a的单词分为两组)
T: Why do you put them together?
(教师总结黑板上出现的a在开音节的单词,在充分感知和操练后,引导学生自己总结出i在开音节的发音规律,并渗透a-e的开音节词形,培养学生小组合作、自主学习能力。)
(3)【练习】理解应用

1. Create the story. Write in groups.
(通过老师所给的支架,学生小组合作,完成自己的续写的小故事。)
2. Brainstorm
T: Now we know ade, ake, ave, ane. What have you got? Can you say a word too?
(发散学生思维,头脑风暴出更多a在开音节的韵脚)
3. Try to read
T: At last, let’s enjoy a rhyme. Can you try to read it? Have you found some words with the sound of /ei/?
T: Now let’s read after the tape.
b. Read with rhyme in groups.
T: Now I’ll give you a rhyme, can you read it with the rhyme?
【设计意图】:在总结规律后,引导学生尝试利用自己总结的规律拼写单词、认读小韵文。为调动学生学习的积极性,活跃课堂气氛,在认读文字后教师为学生提供了鼓点韵律,学生可尝试自己说唱韵文。
(4)【作业】布置作业评论
1. Read the words on P7.
2. Can you find out the other sounds of “a”? (你能发现字母“a”的其它发音吗?)
3. Play letter games with your friends.
