说课: 我授课的内容是译林版五上Unit4 Seeing the doctor的第一课时Story time板块,下面我简要阐述一下本节课的设计思路及教学过程。本课围绕看病这个情景展开话题,因此本课的设计思路以看病为背景,以看病前,看病中,看病后为主线开展任务型活动。在活动中教会学生如何询问,描述病情和给出建议。具体活动有:
看病前:我通过Free talk环节,由班上学生的出勤情况引入课堂,通过观察图片让学生猜想苏海和麦克缺席的原因,逐渐引入课文学习。
看病中:我采用Look and guess, Watch and answer, Read and choose, Try to think等几个任务带领学生探讨苏海的病情及治疗方案,并提炼出看病时医生和病人分别会用到的句型,接着通过跟录音朗读让学生从整体对于看病句型进行感知。在探讨麦克的病情时,我将更多的自主权交予学生。我先让他们通过观察图片对于对话内容进行预测,这样既检测了学生对于目标句型的掌握情况,又为新一部分的学习打下基础。预测完后再让学生进行小组合作,完成麦克的病历卡,检测他们对于对话是否理解,最后进行对话表演,进一步巩固所学。
看病后:我设计的环节有Let’s write和Let’s retell。在Let’s write这个环节我设计了一个情景,两人看病后分别写了日记,但是因为生病,不能写的很好,要求学生帮助他们完成日记。而Let’s retell环节就是让学生思考放学后如果要将Su Hai, Mike生病的情况告诉家长应该怎样描述,目的是将目标句型转换成第三人称进行转述练习。
以上就是我整节课的设计思路和主要教学活动,我知道我的课与好课之间还有很大差距,课堂中需要改进的地方还有很多,请各位老师在观课后给予批评指正。
教学目标:我以教学目标的设计为观察点来说说我自己的课。我们知道教学目标的三个关键要素分别是:教学内容contents; 教学活动activities; 教学评价assessment。在课堂上三者相互配合相互循环。如果对课堂教学目标不明确,教学活动中自然也就没有了灵魂,课堂教学过程中也容易迷失方向。我的这节课,很好的把握了这三个要素,有了灵魂,整个教学过程很流畅。
第一,我熟悉课本内容,明确本节课要教授的内容,从而制定了合理的教学目标:

我的这节课是本单元的第一课时,目标应定位于根据单元话题从整体上理解对话语篇,初步了解看病的相关知识,初步理解相关语句和语言项目。其中语篇理解是中心内容。根据这些理由,我认为这节课的目标设定是比较准确的。
我选择了合适的教学手段,教学活动配合教学内容。首先,我由本班学生的出勤率为引子,有生活实际进入课堂教学,导入自然流畅。接着,我设计了问题What’s wrong with Su Hai? How does she feel? What should she do?等问题带领学生探讨苏海的病情,然后通过录音跟读巩固所学,并让学生运用新学的句型自学Mike的病情,最后通过日记和转述等活动进行检测,巩固,很好地达成了教学目标。在设计这些活动时我充分考虑到学生在这些活动中有没有学习行为发生,学生的学习行为是否有深度,是否能让学生在这些活动中充分地动起来,真正做到在活动中学。最重要的是在进行教学活动时,我都站在学生的角度来考虑问题,发现问题时能做到当场解决。
我女王判断学习效果,进行语言评价。教师在课堂要及时评价,对评价内容要做到灵活运用。我整节课都注意给孩子进行适当的评价,例如:“Good job! Well done! Good memory!”等。利用鸡蛋效应,让孩子感受语言的交际功能,通过经验和不断地训练来判断学生是否掌握了知识。因此,本节课的教学目标设计中的三大要素在课堂上是相互配合,相辅相成的。

在国外看病一般都要提前打电话预约。看病时,完整表述自己的病情、听懂医生的诊断非常重要。本单元让我们来学习一些常用语。
1. 患者用语。
