Unit 1 Will you take your kite?

教学目标
1.通过看图片准确认读单词:will,take,picnic,great,ball,why, why not, because, so, Friday, Saturday。
2.能够准确听、说、认、读句子“ Will you take...?”来询问他人的计划。
3.能够听懂、会说、会表演对话的内容,并在真实场景中能够运用所学语言进行交流。
4.通过引导学生参与游戏、表演对话等丰富多彩的课堂教学活动,培养学生的合作精神和交流能力,教育学生做一个有计划、有条理的人,为下面的学习起到了铺垫作用。
重点难点
重点:能运用will谈论计划并能够掌握句型: Will you take your ball? No, I won’t.
难点:理解解句子主语为第一人称、第二人称的一般将来时态的表达。

Step1热身( Warming up)
1. Sing a song"We are going to the zoo”
设计思路:主要的目的是复习“ be going to”句型,既为学生营造英语学习的氛围。同时,也引出了“fly”这个单词。
T: I like animals, especially the birds, because they can fly. I will fly.
教师张开双臂说:Fly,fly, I will fly.让学生理解“fly,because”的含义。

T: What day is it today?
Ss: Today is Friday.
T: What day is it tomorrow?
Ss: Tomorrow is Saturday.
活动设计思路:对“ tomorrow”一词升高语调,放慢语速,让学生体会到此词表达的是还没发生的事情,其目的在于导入新课,让他们明白事情发生的时间,从而激发学生自主学习的热情。
Step2新课呈现( Presentation)
1. Learn the new words: picnic, Saturday.
1: Yes. Hello, boys and girls. I have good news for you. On Saturday, we're going to the zoo. And we will have a picnic there.
活动设计思路:创设去野餐的情境,使学生能够在真实的语
境中快乐地学习英语。
T: Do you like picnic?(反复两遍,课件显示野餐的情形及这句话。)
Ss: Yes.
T: On Saturday we're going to have a picnic.If you want to join us, you should say
“great!” loudly.(板书“ On Saturday we’re going to have a picnic.)
Ss:Great!(板书“ great”)
T : On Saturday were going to have a...?
Ss: Picnic.
活动设计思路:在自由谈话中练习学生的口语,同时也引出了新单词“ great”,继续让学生学习新单词“ picnic”,逐步加大难度,引出短语和句型: have a picnic, We’re going to have a picnic.做到由词到句,层层深入。
T: When are we going to have a picnic?
Ss: On Saturday.
2. Learn the sentence pattern
Show students a big basket.
T: I like picnic. On Saturday I will take a big basket.
T: I will take my bananas. I will take my doughnuts...
活动设计思路:依次把学生熟知的食品放入篮子,每装一个食物时说一个完整的句子,让学生初步体会“ I will take...”这个句型的含义。

Students try to use the sentence pattern to make new sentences.

Practise
T: Wow! We have so many things for our picnic. Besides food, guess, what else will I take?
(在黑板上画一个风筝的简笔画,但是只画一笔,让学生用 “Will you take a/some/your...?”来猜,假如有多数学生猜不出来,教师就补充画一部分,直到学生猜出答案。)
活动设计思路:让学生猜物品环节可以激发他们的学习兴趣,既让学生们进行了造句练习又为后面课文的呈现埋下伏笔。
T:Yes, a kite. Look, I will take a kite. Will you take your kite?
补充完整刚才的板书: Will you take your kite?
教师拿着风筝依次问学生这句话,当学生不知怎样答或者只回答出“Yes”或者“No”的时候,教师引导学生说出:Yes,I will. /No, I won’t.
4. Read the sentence together, and then let students ask and answer in groups.
活动设计思路:教师先引导,再由学生组内练习,培养学生的合作意识。
5. Chant
Will you, will you, will you take your kite?
I will, I will, yes, I will.
Will you, will you, will you take your ball?
I won't, I won't, no, I won’t.
活动设计思路:简单且上口口的韵律诗既可以让学生适当地放松一下,同时又练习了刚才所学的句子。
6. Ask some questions and learn the dialogue.
T: Were going to have a picnic. But don’t forget our friends,Sam and Amy. What will they take for their picnic? Lets have a look.
教师再提出问题,让学生带着问题再看课文视频。
(1)What are they going to do on Saturday?
(2)Will Amy take her kite tomorrow?
(3)Why wont Amy take her ball tomorrow?
活动设计意图:首先让学生整体感知对话,并通过设置的问题来指导学生进一步理解对话的意思,从而培养学生捕捉有效信息的能力。
7. Check the answers
(1)They re going to have a picnic. (2)No, she won t.
在公布第二个答案之后,教师紧接着提问: Why not?
告诉学生“Why”或“Why not”的问句用“ because”来回答,并引导学生对第
三个问题进行回答: Because tomorrow is Friday.
8.播放三遍对话录音,学生跟读句子,模仿语音、语调。
Step3巩固和延伸( Consolidation and Extension)
1. Prepare for the picnic
分小组制定野餐计划,决定需带的物品。互相询问去野餐的必带物品,使用句型“ Will you take your...? Yes, I will/No,I won’t.”。
活动设计思路:分小组活动,培养学生的合作意识。在小组活动中,锻炼他们的语言组织能力和口语表达能力。
2. Write an e-mail to Sam and Amy.Invite Sam and Amy to our picnic. And tell them what we’ll take.
活动设计思路:通过给Sam和Amy写信邀请他们参加这个活动,让学生在情境中快乐学习。同时也把本节课的知识与学过的知识结合起来,提高了学生的语言运用能力。

全班分为四组,教师出示一个大旅行包,每一个小组自由猜旅行包里面的物品,但是每小组只能猜2次,并且用“ Will you take your...?”的句型来问教师。猜中包内一件物品得一分。

活动设计思路:把难易程度出示给学生,能更好地让小组内合理安排回答间题的人员,因材施教。
4.任务四:挑一挑。(难易程度★★★)
教师准备一些有关食物、玩具的单词,有的和旅行无关,有的关系很大,有的是飞机禁止携带的物品。让学生筛选出可以携带的东西。能准确地说出他们挑选理由的学生加一分。

Step3巩固和延伸( Consolidation and Extension)
1.我们一起去旅行
出示四张图片(伦敦、哈尔滨、上海、海南),教师加入获胜组一起去伦敦,其他三组去其他三个地方,让所有小组展开讨论带什么物品去旅行,同时运用" We re going to ... on .../I will take my .../Will you take...?/Yes,I will./No,I won t”编写对话。
活动设计思路:分小组活动,培养学生的合作意识。在小活动中,锻炼了他们的语言组织能力和口口语表达能力。每个小组分别去不同的地方也增加了趣味性,因为不同的地方决定了他们所带东西的不同。

展示小组内的对话。
Sing a song “lets take a trip”
第一遍播放原视频。第二遍播放音频,学生用所学新句型重新填词。
活动设计思路:主要的目的是复习句型,同时也可以以让学生放松心情。在填词阶段没有给学生固定的歌词,目的是培养修他们的发散性思维,学生自己填的词也会记得更牢固。
