Step 2:Foundation and ability 夯实基础提升能力 教学生词,指导学生朗读,拓展词汇知识。指导学生进行口语操练:When is your birthday?学会英文日期的表达。 要求学生独立完成Activity 1,两人组核对答案。 A:When is Teachers’ Day? B:Teachers’ Day is in September. 3、播放录音,要求学生仔细听并独立完成Activity 2,两人组核对答案。4、展示Mark Twain的有关资料,要求学生浏览Activity 3的表格,快读并填写表格信息,核对答案。 5、播放Activity 3录音,并暂停要求学生跟读课文。教师指导学生自由朗读对话,然后分大组进行角色表演朗读。要求学生小组合作,解疑释难。然后找出对话中出现的所有动词不规则变化的过去式,完成Activity 4并学会正确朗读。教师呈现要求掌握的重点词语并强调记忆。6、播放课文动画。要求学生独立完成Activity 5,多媒体展示部分学生答案并予以鼓励。 7、播放录音,要求学生跟读元音的发音,完成Activity 6。 8、示范并指导学生两人合作,完成Activity 7并思考行为动词一般过去时态的一般疑问句句式特点。 1、朗读记忆生词,进行口语操练,学会英文日期的表达。 2、独立完成Activity 1,两人组核对答案。 3、根据录音,独立完成Activity 2,两人组核对答案。4、浏览Activity 3的表格,快读并填写表格信息,核对答案。 跟读Activity 3录音,自由朗读对话,然后分大组进行角色表演朗读。小组合作,解疑释难。找出不规则变化的过去式,完成Activity 4并学会正确朗读。欣赏课文动画。独立完成Activity 5。 7、跟读元音的发音,完成Activity 6。 8、两人合作,完成Activity 7,掌握一般过去时态的一般疑问句句式特点。 词汇过关 巩固月份及节日名称。 培养口语能力 培养听力能力 培养阅读与独立思考能力 培养朗读、合作,归纳能力。 寓教于乐,培养独立思考能力 掌握元音的发音方法。 合作、及口语表达能力

一般过去时表示过去某个时间或某一段时间内发生的动作或存在的状态,常和过去的时间状语连用。含行为动词的一般过去时态句式特点记忆口诀如下:
一般过去时并不难,过去动作、状态记心间。
动词要用过去式,时间状语句末站。
