Unit6 Lesson2 How are you going there教学设计

教学目标
(一)知识目标:
1、学生能够听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:plane, by, ship, train, bike.
2、学生能够听懂、会说、认读句型:“How are you going there? I’m going there by...”并能根据实际情况作出相应的回答。
(二)能力目标:
学生能够用句型“How are you going there? I’m going there by...”谈论合适的交通工具,来制定旅游等计划。
(三)情感目标:
1、学生能够通过选择合适的交通工具,与同学交流自己的旅游等计划,来加强彼此之间的了解。
2、学生能够在小组活动中与其他同学积极配合和合作,体验集体荣誉感和成就感。
二、教学重点
学生能够听懂、会说、认读单词plane, by, ship, train, bike和句型How are you going there? I’m going there by...并能根据实际情况作出相应的回答。
三、教学难点
学生能够用句型“How are you going there? I’m going there by...”谈论合适的交通工具,来制定旅游等计划。

五、教学过程
Step1: Warm-up and lead-in
设计意图:通过轻松的对话和老师的自我介绍复习已有知识,以最短的时间调动起学生脑海中的知识储备,再通过有趣的歌曲,引入新词和新句型。
1、Warm-up
T: Hello! Boys and girls. Today, we are going to learn Unit6 Lesson2. First, let’s enjoy a song.
听视频跟唱歌曲《Cars, planes and trains》
I ride on a bike.
I ride on a bike, but I want to go faster! Faster! Faster!

I ride on a bus.
I ride on a bus, but I want to go faster! Faster! Faster!

I ride in a car.
I ride in a car, but I want to go faster! Faster! Faster!

Bike, bus, car.
Train, plane, rocket.

I ride on a train.
I ride on a train, but I want to go faster! Faster! Faster!

I fly on a plane.
I fly on a plane, but I want to go faster! Faster! Faster!10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, go!)

T:Do you like the song? Me, too! Look! I’m from Tai’an, and I went to Xintai by bus. (展示泰安新泰地图及公共汽车照片)Do you go to school by bus?
Ss: Yes/No, I go to school by car/bus/...

T: That’s good! And I like travelling, do you like travel? You know, the summer vacation is coming. Where are you going this summer?
Ss: I’m going to...
T: Sounds great! ... is a beautiful place, right? And what about our friends, Jenny/Peter/Li Ming and Danny? Jenny says: I’m going back to Canada in July. Peter says: I’m going to Dalian. Li Ming says: I’m going to the Shaolin Temple. Danny says: Me, too!

And I’m going to Shanghai this summer. I’m going there by ship. Do you know ship? Look! This is s shirt. I like it.(以自己的衬衣为例,复习sh和i的读音,引入ship,PPT展示it, ip, shirt, sh+ip=ship,板书单词及新句型)

Step2: Presentation and practice
设计意图:老师分享完乘船去旅行的计划后,自然过渡到问答课文中谁也选择这种交通工具,引入操练新句型I’m going there by...接着通过询问Danny如何去少林寺,让学生带着问题有目的、有任务地看视频学课文,有利于培养学生捕捉关键词的良好习惯,从而也加深了学生对重点句型的理解和有效掌握。

T:Guess, Jenny/Peter/Li Ming and Danny, who is going there by ship, too? Jenny? Peter? Li Ming or Danny?(在PPT呈现各地点在地图中的位置,引发学生对乘坐哪种交通工具的猜测)Watch the video and find the answer. Let’s stop here.
Ss: Peter!
T: Yes, Peter says: I’m going there by ship.(跟读操练新句型并板书,把轮船和Peter的图片贴到黑板上)

What about Danny? Let’s ask him together: How are you going to the Shaolin Temple?(板书新句型How are you going to...)Listen to the video and underline the answer. Now, who wants to be Danny? Let’s ask him/her together: How are you going there/to the Shaolin Temple?
Ss: (I’m going there) by bike.(请几位学生扮演Danny, 问答两个新句型,在黑板上贴上交通工具和Danny的头像,讲解like与bike的读音)
T:Danny says: I’m going there by bike. Is that true? Maybe yes, maybe no. He is so funny, right?


T: Now, let’s review the chart together. Peter says:
Ss: I’m going to Dalian. I’m going there by ship.
T: Danny says:
Ss: I’m going to Shaolin Temple. I’m going there by bike.

T: OK, Let’s see, the right answer is AB. Are you right? One sticker for you. But can you read the new words? Watch the video and try to practice in groups, I’ll give you 3 minutes.
(学生利用平板看完alphablocks的视频后自学新词train的读音,接着和小组同学一起复习任务单上please/play和take/cake,讨论拼读出新词plane的发音。在前面train的拼读视频中,学生已了解了n的发音,所以在plane的读音操练中不再涉及n的发音练习)
Let’s stop here, Jenny says: I’m going back to Canada by? Who can read? Group1?
Ss: plane.
T: Li Ming says: I’m going there by? Group 2?
Ss: train.

(学生看视频后小组讨论自学plane、train这个两个新单词的读音,小组展示自学结果)
