Recently, a survey concerning a robot family member has been carried out. The students in Yuqi Senior High find that quality problem is its first disadvantage. Sometimes we may purchase fake goods whose design does not appeal to us. The second problem lies in security issues. When we shop online, we need pay for robots by e-payments, but hackers can invade our computers and our robots can store our personal data as well. What is worse, robots are more intelligent than we think, which may be a threat to human beings.Besides, too much reliance on the robots will contribute to people’s poor creativity, flexibility and self-motivation. Last but not least, family affection, friendship and love between us can never be replaced by a robot family member. As for the disadvantages of robots, moral education and law restrictions should be urged to regulate the use of the robot.
Benefits though robots may have, family members count more! We therefore really need to keep the use of robots under control and hope that you will seriously consider our request.
