本课时的教学内容是冀教版七年级英语下册第五单元的第五课时,重点在于了解英语在世界语言文化中的重要性,从“学习英语”开始,自然地导入谈论英语的重要性的话题。以学习英语是人生的挑战和机会为起点,介绍了英语在世界上使用的广泛性,世界上的许多国家把英语当作第一语言和第二语言。出国旅游时,日常饮食和住宿都需要用到外语。利用动作、手势和图片学习英语单词,同时反复运用新学的单词和短语。因此,教师可以将知识目标定为掌握本课时新出现的词和短语。情感目标定为了解如何学习英语的重要性和实用性,了解英语在世界上被人们使用的广泛性,增加同学们学习英语的兴趣和信念,为将来走向世界打下良好的基础。
