Firstly having meals in restaurants is very convenient. Secondly the restaurant, especially fast food restaurants, may provide a very comfortable environment as well as a warm atmosphere. People can not only enjoy the food but can communicate with their friends. However, having meals in restaurants will lessen the contact with their families. Besides, compared with home-cooked meals, the food served by restaurants may be expensive or has little nutrition.Appreciate a beautiful composition! Not only do we need a balanced diet but we also want to live a happy life. So, I think it’s better to eat at home.

Most students, about 65%, are for the idea that Senior 3 students should go spring outing. They think it good for their health to be close to nature and breathe some fresh air and what’s more, they can relax themselves for a while and rest their brains so that they will be more energetic.
