There was a small village by the sea in America. Every summer lots of people came here to spend their holidays. But a few of them came here only to end their lives. Two months ago right here a young woman jumped in to the sea in the darkness of the night. When she was taken out from the sea, nothing could make her come to life. There are rules to make the roads safe, but people do not always obey(遵守)the rules. They are careless. If everybody obeys the rules, the road will be much safer. How can we make the roads safer?
