Dear James,
I’m writing to share my school life with you which you asked about in your last letter. It has been two years since I entered my senior high school, during which I have experienced a lot and gained a lot.
Firstly, I’ve known many excellent classmates and teachers, from whom I have learnt a lot in study and life. What’s more, in my spare time, I take part in the basketball club organized by the students’ union, giving me opportunities to relax after busy study and providing me with precious and practical experience.
While there have been setbacks and difficulties in these two years, I have grown up to be more confident, brave and strong during the process of overcoming them.
This is my colorful school life. It is my sincere hope that you can tell me something about your school life in America. Looking forward to your next letter.

W: Hello, everyone. I’m glad to tell you something about your stay here. During the following seven days, you will enjoy four concerts at different schools. The second one will be at North High School on the evening of Friday. We are also inviting you to attend our school concerts on Tuesday and Thursday. Then there will be a party on Wednesday at our school. All of these programs will be at 6:30 in the evening, so you will just have two free evenings.
On Saturday morning, we will take you on a boat tour on the biggest lake in the city. Later on, you can go and visit some of the places of interest here. We will give each of you a timetable soon.
