Let’s have fun!!!A helpful assistant of Sherlock Holmes Sherlock Holmes was a famous detective in London. Many people who were in trouble went to ask him for help.
Suppose you were his assistant and one of your job was to record(记录) each case he investigated(调查).
During your work, you often need describe all that was related to(和…有关) each case. So your describing ability was very important.
One day, you were practice describing everything properly and precisely(准确地). you saw a picture like this You wrote down:
A boy sat there.
A brave boy sat there.
A boy with glasses sat there.
But you were not satisfied. You asked yourself : how to improve my description?
Yes! You could use the Attributive Clauses(定语从句) to help you, e.g.
A boy who that is brave and wearing glasses sat there.
Since you had learnt how to write the Attributive Clauses in your English classes, it was easy for you to recall and summarize the form of it.
