Mr. Takashi enjoyed the Forbidden City and asked so many questions. He spent lots of money on gifts. Li Hua has no idea what he will do with them all, and it took up a lot of time. Mr. Takashi seemed to give out a lot of business cards and got a bit upset when Li Hua’s classmate just put it in his pocket without looking at it.
Finally, they went to the Summer Palace. There was a boat they could to on, but Mr. Hudson said that it was too crowded. Li Hua thought there was lots of space on it.

What should we do in our daily life
Personally, we can’t highlight the importance of cultural differences enough. People should accumulate as much information about cultures as possible through reading or the Internet, thus avoiding unintentional offense while in contact with people from different cultures, especially in the era of globalization. What’s more, we should bear in mind that mutual understanding and respect matter in the global village, and enjoy a very “When in Rome, do as the Romans do” mentality. Para. 3 ( a sample)
