【教学过程】
Step 1 Lead in
Play a video about “Notre Dame de Paris is destroyed” to introduce how beautiful Notre Dame de Paris used to be before.. And lead to the beautiful and romantic France, including its beautiful scenery, delicious food and fashion. Then invite students to read a letter from France together(the letter of 2b).
Step 2 Reading
1. Before reading, ask students to answer the 3 questions:
1.1. Who is the letter written to and who is the letter from?
1.2. look at the picture and guess what may be talked about 1.3. How many paragraphs are there in the letter?
2.Fast reading
Read the letter quickly to match each paragraph with its main idea.(please underline the sentences that help you decide)
