探究三、 语法精析——定语从句
定语从句是指在复合句中用来修饰某一名词或代词的从句。定语从句通常位于它修饰的名词或代词之后，被修饰的名词或代词叫先行词。能引导定语从句的词，如that, which, who叫关系代词，且置于先行词和定语从句之间起联系作用，同时又是定语从句的一个成分。
例如： I like music [that I can dance to.]
She likes musicians [who play different kinds of music.]
解析：例句中，打括号的句子就是定语从句，music 和musicians 是被修饰的词，所以是先行词，that 和who是引导定语从句的关系代词。
探究四、观察例句，总结定语从句的用法。
1. 关系引导词的选择。

She likes musicians who play different kinds of music.
I want to buy something that I like.
总结：如果先行词是指人，关系代词可用______。如果先行词指物,关系代词可用______或______。如果先行词是不定代词，关系代词只能用_______.
