A Trip On “The True North” (Reading)
基本设计思路
本节课首先由加拿大国旗和枫叶导入,然后做了一个关于加拿大知识的小测验,帮助学生回想起之前在地理学科中学到的相关知识,主要包括其面积、语言、地理位置和城市等基本情况,并激起学生对深入了解加拿大的兴趣。由于本篇文章有一个标题和一张图片,所以设置了预测环节,引导学生预测文章的题材和题目的含义,训练学生的阅读预测技能。在快速阅读部分,设置了两个问题,分别是关于主旨大意和作者的记叙方法,帮助学生掌握快速阅读和总结主旨的技能。细节阅读主要包括三个环节,分别是听力、填空和回答问题环节,通过三种不同的问题形式,引导学生掌握两位女孩李黛予和刘倩加拿大之旅的背景、加拿大的概况和加拿大的主要城市。期间引导学生学会听关键词、捕捉关键信息和回答阅读问题的能力。此外,要求学生在地图上画出文中人物横穿加拿大的路线图,使零散的信息有机地串联起来,同时更有助于抓住行文的线索。输出环节要求学生对所学的文章内容进行整合summary并设置有关场景组织讨论活动。作业与整篇文章的内容和讨论活动息息相关,确保整节课每一个环节环环相扣,相辅相成。

学情分析
本节课的授课班级是商河弘德中学高一三班,共66人。
认知基础:由于今年本校招生的特点,本班的学生总成绩分化不明显,但是英语成绩分层比较严重,需要开展注重分层次教学。对于英语学习,多半学生仅仅是为了考试而学,但是缺乏学习兴趣,学习主动性比较差,知识的灵活运用能力不足。
学习能力:学生的自主阅读达能力有一定的基础,同时也具备良好的团队合作精神,能进行有效的交流、合作和讨论。但是由于受到英语学习环境的影响,大多数学生不能自如的用英语表达出自己的想法或者准确的描述一些事物。

本节课围绕“加拿大之旅”展开,关于加拿大学生已经从地理学科上学到了一些知识,因此在导入部分设计一个小测验,帮助学生回想起有关加拿大的基础知识,进而为后面展开介绍加拿大做好铺垫,激发学生进一步了解加拿大的兴趣。在阅读之前,设置了一个预测题,使学生对本文章充满期待。在快速略读环节,设置了一个主旨大意题,旨在让学生通过阅读首句来总结主旨大意,期待学生对整篇文章有一个宏观的了解。
在细节阅读部分,一开始我引入了听力题型的设置,期待锻炼了学生听的能力。此外,其它的细节阅读题也分别设置了不同的题型,期待从多个角度对学生的阅读能力进行了锻炼与培养。总结部分是本节课的升华。期待通过总结引导学生重新温习了本节课的知识,并为之后的输出环节奠定了基础。阅读之后的输出环节,让学生两个人为以小组进行对话,期待学生的精彩展示。最后的作业环节与讨论部分相辅相成,期待锻炼学生的写作能力。总之,希望在老师的引导下和学生的积极参与下,期待学生学会思考、分析和表达,全面提升学生的英语能力。期待学生的最佳表现。
