学情分析:本班53人,其中女生29人,男生24人,班上两极分化极为严重,学生的英语基础较差。
教学内容分析:本单元是小学英语深圳牛津版六年级上册第一模块第三单元的内容,这一单元要让学生明白健康和不健康的食物,旨在让学生养成良好的饮食习惯。
Aims:
1. Can use the key words in context e.g., hamburger, pie, pizza, sandwich
2. Can use the sentence pattern “What did you have for breakfast/lunch/dinner this morning?-I had …….”to ask and answer.
3. Can express one’s eating habit.
Teaching focus:

Procedure:
Pre-task preparation:
Introduce the three meals in a day.
How many meals are there in a day?
Think and say. Show two questions to the students, they can answer them.
Q1: What do you usually have for breakfast?
Q2: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Compare the pictures to understand the meanings of "healthy" and "unhealthy".
While-task procedure:
Show some photos of food and ask students to speak out. Pay attention to students’ pronunciation and spelling of the words.
Think about whether food is healthy or unhealthy.
Look and learn. Teach the key words of this unit.
Use the sentences to talk about the fast food.
Show a picture of food pyramid, let the students to think about the good eating habits. What kinds of food we should eat a lot.
Post-task activities
Do a quiz. Think about our eating habits, is it healthy or unhealthy?
Do a survey.
Ask your classmates’ meals , what they usually eat every day .
Homework:
Copy the words in Look and learn.
Talk about your parents’ eating habits.
