教材分析
本课以Wind为主题，话题内容来源于生活，是学生平常就能感受到的自然现象，着重培养学生的综合运用语言的能力。本课主要内容是学习自然世界里的风，感受风的魅力。同学学习有关风的单词和表达。
教学目标
【知识与能力目标】
（1）理解现在进行时（am/ is/ are doing sth.）句型的功能和使用规则。
（2）理解gently, softly, strongly, happily, slowly, quickly等副词与形容词的区别。
【过程与方法目标】
（1）引导学生进行小组讨论、合作、交流，运用语言，促进情感表达和交际能力。
（2）学生通过了解“风”的自然特性以及对周围事物、人类的影响，实现双语教学，引导学生实现英语与科学的跨学科学习。

（1）激发、保持、发展学生学习英语和使用英语的兴趣。
（2）引导学生与他人展开日常话题的交流，增强相互间了解。

教学重难点
【教学重点】
（1）学习、运用核心词汇：blow, gently, softly, strongly, happily, move, slowly, quickly.
（2）学习、运用现在进行时（am/ is/ are doing sth.）描述正在进行的事情/ 动作。
【教学难点】
（1）形容词和副词的使用，两者在意义和用法上融通易混淆，学生区分困难。
（2）准确运用现在进行时描述正在进行的事情或动作，准确区分一般现在时、一般将来时和现在进行时。
