这是一个含有动词be的一般疑问句。陈述句中将be的形式am，is，are，提至句首表示疑问，句号改为问号，其他语序不变。
肯定回答：Yes, 主语+be (am, is, are).
否定回答：No, 主语+be (am, is, are) not. 通常要缩写。
注意这里的问句主语是 ，所以回答也用 。
